Q'S AND A'S

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

To ensure your favorite bounce house arrives on your special day, we require a $50 refundable deposit fee at the time of booking.
The remainder of the rental fee will be due on the day before the event date when the bounce house will be  delivered. Deposits are refundable up to five days after we pick up bouncer to make sure there is no damages or extra cleaning from normal ware. Our bouncers are first come, first serve, but we are willing to work with you to reschedule for a time that best fits with our calendars. Your rental date will not be secured until your deposit is received.

WHERE CAN THE BOUNCE HOUSES BE SET UP?

All you need is a flat ground to take your party to the next level! We can set up our bounce houses on asphalt, concrete, grass & turf.
If your house permits, we can set up our bounce houses indoors, keeping in mind the dimensions of our largest bounce house is 16ft x 14ft in width and length & 14ft tall. Most event venues have a plug we can use to power our bouncers, however, for your convenience, we offer the option to rent a generator if that is not the case.
So take your party to the beach, to the park or anywhere in the great outdoors and we have you covered!

WHAT IF IT'S DAMAGED DURING MY EVENT?

Accidents happen and we are prepared to work with you in those circumstances. If a bouncer is damaged due to negligence or circumstances
that could have been prevented, an additional repair charge will be charged. We make it easy for you! Our general rules are provided at the time of drop off,
for your convenience. If you are unable to meet our general rules, a cleaning charge may also be applied.
